"Where do I start? Our experience with Helen was excellent from start to finish. We worked with Helen for 2 weeks while sleep training our 5 month old. Helen was friendly, non judgemental, readily available for daily check ins and extremely knowledgeable on all things sleep. Honestly, the first few nights saw so much improvement in our sleep and as the days went on we couldn’t believe how much more sleep we were all getting, everyone was benefitting from the training.
