My journey to becoming a sleep consultant began with my own struggles as a parent with a very cute little sleep thief called Evie. Like many of you, I faced countless sleepless nights, trying every trick in the book to help my child (and myself!) get the rest we desperately needed. The frustration and exhaustion were overwhelming, and I often found myself wishing for a guiding hand.

Determined to find a solution, I immersed myself in research and eventually discovered the Family Sleep Institute. The comprehensive training and certification process not only provided me with the tools to resolve my own children's sleep issues but also ignited a passion for helping other families navigate their sleep challenges.

As a qualified primary teacher, I bring a unique understanding of child development and learning to my practice. This background allows me to create tailored, effective sleep strategies that consider each child's individual needs and family dynamics.

My goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and support they need to foster healthy sleep habits in their children, ensuring that every family member can enjoy restful nights and brighter days.
